One of the biggest changes that happens during puberty is people's reproductive systems become mature. What that means is that people are able to cause a pregnancy after puberty. That's right. Men and women have a part of their body that can cause a pregnancy. In men, it's called the sperm. In women it's call an egg. Men start producing sperm during puberty. Women have all the eggs in their bodies even from when the time they're born.
