Sweating and Acne

During puberty people experience changes in their bodies, but that's not all. People also experience changes in their emotions. Their feelings can change. Those are caused by hormones. Remember those invisible chemicals that move through your body that cause all these changes to happen? They can also make feelings happen. One of the changes that happen in puberty is mood changes. Hormones cause these mood changes a lot of the time. People can feel mad, sad, glad, angry, despairing, desperate, depressed all in one minute! That might be called a mood swing. You know, you're out on the playground and you're like "Hm, there's my friend, I really like them, they're really great, they make me happy, except sometimes they make me so mad I want to scream and I'm so sad I want to cry!" That could happen. Its often just caused by hormones. so, don't be surprised if your moods change during puberty.
