Vaginas do allow more things in them when they are aroused, but they do not get loose from having more things go in or come out of them. "Do you need to wash the vagina to keep it clean?" No, a person does not need to wash their vagina to keep it clean. In fact, its not good to put soap and other things into the vagina to wash it. The vagina is cleaning itself all of the time. That is what the moisture in your underwear is. It's the vagina keeping itself clean.
